Winners receive a digital prize voucher to the full product value of the pool — issued to your registered email within 24 hours of draw completion and Tier 2 KYC verification.
Vouchers are redeemable with our authorised retail and fulfilment partners. Partner details and redemption instructions are included in the voucher email. If the specific product is unavailable, an equivalent-value alternative product will be offered.
If a voucher cannot be redeemed due to product unavailability or partner failure, the platform will source an equivalent product of equal value. Contact support within the voucher validity period.

Random number generation — Before any animation runs, the winning number (or, for Ticket Draws, the five winning numbers) is chosen using a cryptographically secure random number generator. In production this uses industry-standard APIs (such as crypto.getRandomValues) so the outcome cannot be predicted or manipulated.
Blockchain and verification — The draw result can be recorded and verified on the blockchain. A hash of the outcome (and any seed or proof) can be published before or at draw time, so anyone can confirm that the result was not changed after the fact. This gives you full transparency and trust.
No human influence — Once the pool is full and the draw is triggered, the system selects the winner(s) automatically. No one can alter the result or favour a particular slot. What you see in the spinning wheel is a visualisation of a result that has already been determined at random.

Every draw result is cryptographically committed before any player joins the pool, ensuring no result can be manipulated after the fact.
Winning numbers are generated using Chainlink Verifiable Random Function (VRF) — an industry-standard cryptographic proof that the random number was produced fairly, without any possibility of operator manipulation. The VRF generates a number between 1 and 10 (inclusive).
In the prototype environment, the RNG uses the browser's native crypto.getRandomValues() — a cryptographically secure pseudorandom number generator (CSPRNG) standardised by the W3C. In production, this is replaced by the on-chain Chainlink VRF call.
At the time a pool is created, the winning number is generated and stored on Polygon (Ethereum-compatible) blockchain with a timestamp. The hash of the winning number is published — but the number itself remains hidden until all slots are sold. This "commit-reveal" scheme proves the result was fixed before any participant joined.

Once a pool is full and the draw is triggered, the system reveals the pre-committed number automatically. No operator, staff member, or participant can alter the result. The AUTO WIN button visible in the demo is password-protected and physically cannot be activated in production — it exists only to allow demo traversal for board review purposes.
The platform applies a tiered Know Your Customer (KYC) model aligned with South Africa's Financial Intelligence Centre Act (FICA) requirements.
Documents are reviewed manually by the Compliance Admin role. Decisions (approve / reject / request additional documents) are logged in the audit trail with timestamp and reviewer ID.
All KYC decisions are immutably logged. Rejected decisions include a reason code. Users may resubmit documents after a rejection.
Vouchers with a value at or above applicable FICA thresholds trigger enhanced due diligence requirements before redemption. The Compliance Admin is notified automatically. Vouchers remain locked until FICA obligations are met.
The platform is designed to comply with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), Act 4 of 2013, which came into effect on 1 July 2021.

Slot pools are betting pools where you can purchase slots for a chance to win prizes. Each pool has a product value, and slots cost 1/10th of that value plus a 10% admin fee. Once all slots are filled, an automated draw selects the winning slot number. The more slots you purchase, the better your chances of winning!
For Tier 2 verification (full verification), you need to upload three documents: 1) Proof of Identity (South African ID or passport), 2) Proof of Address (utility bill, bank statement, or lease agreement less than 3 months old), and 3) Proof of Bank Account (bank letter or statement). Upload these in your Profile section, and our admin team will review them manually.
You can view all past draw results in the "Draws" section, accessible from the hamburger menu. Each draw result shows the product name, date and time, winning slot number, draw ID, and a random selection reference code for transparency. Pools you participated in will be highlighted.
