2. Eligibility

3. Fees
Every spot price includes a clearly displayed platform fee shown before purchase.
4. Draws
Winning numbers are pre-committed via cryptographic commit-reveal and can be independently verified.
5. Refunds
Pools that do not fill by their close time are fully refunded to the participant's One2Ten wallet.
